What's going on y'all, it's been a break to long that I've posted on my blog. 
I know I know! 
I can see now all the hand gestures of
disappointment through the computer screen because it's been that long.

Growing up Macaroni salad was on the table along with potato salad and grilled corn. It's not one of my favorites but my children happen to absolutely love my homemade smack your momma anything haha.

Happy Labor day by the way!

Amongst fashion and working on my athleisure clothing line, I'm tackling any and everything that I wanna do that's exciting and fun in my life.

    Southern Macaroni Salad 

An easy Southern Macaroni Salad is the perfect make-ahead side dish for your next potluck, cookout, or family gathering.


Ingredients 
  • Macaroni
  • Miracle Whip
  • Hellmans Mayonnaise 
  • Yellow Onion
  • Sweet bell pepper 
  • Red peppers
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Paprika
  • Boil the pasta; drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  • Chop the veggies while the pasta cooks.
  • Whisk together the Macaroni Salad Dressing with both mayonnaise, peppers, onions and your choice of seasonings.
     
  • Add in your Tuna and fold in
  • This is my favorite part!!!! Add in your diced boiled egg and fold them bad boys in 
  • It looks and smells amazing at this     point!!! 
  • Let's add our final yummy seasonings. 
  • You don't have to but I used: Pepper.Creole seasoning and Garlic.
  • Now Finally Give This Dish A Toss the yummy pasta, eggs and dressing. Cover and chill.
  • Give your salad plenty of time to chill before serving. It's a great dish, because it just gets better as it sits for a few hours and the flavors come together.
  • Now if your macaroni salad looks dry or needs more tuna, it's probably because the pasta has absorbed a lot of the dressing. Just stir in a extra mayonnaise and tuna right before serving, if necessary.
